I made up a pair of drinks at our local casino lounge last nite, and they were a huge hit ! Thought I’d share :
Malibu Barbee (named after me!):
3 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz Grenadine
6 oz White Soda
2 oz Cream
Malibu Kenn:
3 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
6 oz Cola
2 oz Cream
TO DIE FOR ~ big hit in Green Bay, WI !

I am just looking for a rum recipe and just landed here and though you have no photos of this recipe I know that it is great… I would love to try this.
Will definitely try that custom made “Malibu Barbee” but instead of soda.. I always like to add water instead.

I love Malibu and I learned this rum from my Thai friend who’s in US now. Two thumbs up! Tastes honey with cola.
